GEM Health Care Services Inc. was one of the first agencies of its kind in Canada to receive the prestigious professional accreditation from Accreditation Canada. This achievement assures the public that GEM HCS is meeting the rigorous national standards for health care service delivery, through implementation of Accreditation Canada’s patient/client safety goals and required organizational practices (ROPs).
The company is a member of the Ontario Home Care Association, Canadian Home Care Association and the Conference Board of Canada Leaders’ Roundtable on Immigration.

GEM Software Scheduling Solutions is a high-tech software company and the creator of GEM Health Care System® (the “Software System”) which is an information management system specifically designed by hands-on health care managers with more than 30 years of experience.
The Web-based program fully automates personnel and client files, provides care management and assessment by matching clients with staff expertise. Highlights of the software are payroll verification and invoicing, monitoring in “real time” the scheduling of staff and client assignments, matches them on the basis of postal codes so that travel times are minimized and service is maximized.
